Step 1: Pre-Staging Consultation 

      The Pre-Staging Consultation is a complete property presentation analysis providing the home owner with the recommendations that will specify what needs to be packed, cleaned, repaired, painted, de-cluttered, caulked or even replaced. Preparing a home for a profitable sale requires more than getting your home ready for company, it requires getting your home "Market Ready"! You wouldn't sell your car without getting it detailed, be sure you tend to the details of selling your home too!

*All Staging Fees are based on the square footage of the home, including the finished basement:

up to 1500 sq ft     $150

up to 2500 sq ft     $300

up to 4500 sq ft     $350

up to 6500 sq ft     $450

 Step Two takes your home from preparation to perfection. Professional Staging by our certified stagers will give your home the finishing touch of having the furniture and accessories properly placed in a Marketing Design that will exceed your buyer's expectiations. We will showcase the selling features of your home to the potential buyer, "Making your home a Buyer's Desire!" ^TM
